SDRs are very popular and some of them have possibilities for also for TX but the output level is very low. Is a few ways to increase output and the cheapest are modules from eBay, Amazon, or similar. In the next video you can see the result of using some of these modules together with LimeSDR Mini, Adalm Pluto and HackRF One. Some radio amateurs use the same or similar module for satellite communication via OQ-100.
